Issue with installation... Just installed the app after seeing an ad on YouTube and seeing that the app has great reviews. After installing the app and going through the account registration, at the end there is a mandatory 1min short video you must watch in order to finalize registration. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the video to load. It just showed black screen after hitting play. If you run into this issue just force close the app and log back in and it will bypass the video..

I've always said the HVAC industry needed after hours technical support. But for these folks to provide it FREE to technicians is just amazing. And with an average hold time of 2 minutes or less?! Really, that's more than 5 star value. Each tech support rep I've spoken to has been great. Also, they're more understanding than manufacturer tech support, as they don't have to 'protect the brand.' More features in the app, but I haven't had to use them that often. Thank you Bluon!!!

If you primarily work with refrigeration, the app is handy. Do not expect much literature for any residential heating equipment. It may get better with time, I can only imagine the resources it takes to upload all the information for every piece of equipment on the market from the 90's to current. Hopefully the database expands more, it could be a very handy tool!
