I don't know if my experience was unique to me but unless I used the app regularly, my account wasn't saved/recognized. I only used the app a time or two and when going extended periods of time without using the app, my info was lost. It was fixed the first time it happened pretty quickly when I talked to someone at Bluon but I don't care to go through the same process every time. That being said, I do believe that Bluon provides a great service and have solid technicians on hand to help you.

Issue with installation... Just installed the app after seeing an ad on YouTube and seeing that the app has great reviews. After installing the app and going through the account registration, at the end there is a mandatory 1min short video you must watch in order to finalize registration. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the video to load. It just showed black screen after hitting play. If you run into this issue just force close the app and log back in and it will bypass the video..

If you primarily work with refrigeration, the app is handy. Do not expect much literature for any residential heating equipment. It may get better with time, I can only imagine the resources it takes to upload all the information for every piece of equipment on the market from the 90's to current. Hopefully the database expands more, it could be a very handy tool!
