I don't know if my experience was unique to me but unless I used the app regularly, my account wasn't saved/recognized. I only used the app a time or two and when going extended periods of time without using the app, my info was lost. It was fixed the first time it happened pretty quickly when I talked to someone at Bluon but I don't care to go through the same process every time. That being said, I do believe that Bluon provides a great service and have solid technicians on hand to help you.

The tech support line is worth it alone. Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable. The calculators are also very handy. Only reason to leave off the 5th star is because as a residential tech, they don't often have the manuals for the equipment I'm working on. Edit: the app is improving all the time! They have added a ton of equipment that's relevant to my role, and made the app even more convenient by including a link to discussions about the model you're viewing. Fifth star earned.

Issue with installation... Just installed the app after seeing an ad on YouTube and seeing that the app has great reviews. After installing the app and going through the account registration, at the end there is a mandatory 1min short video you must watch in order to finalize registration. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the video to load. It just showed black screen after hitting play. If you run into this issue just force close the app and log back in and it will bypass the video..
