Digital maintenance of fire alarm systems with test plans and live reports from the BMZ
The app enables efficient digital maintenance management of fire alarm systems, from the creation of a test plan to a digital maintenance report.
What do I need to operate the app?
An account on BMAcloud.de is required to use the app.
The equally necessary hardware (e.g. the maintenance box from 7systems.de) can either be installed stationary on the respective fire alarm system or brought along by the maintenance technician for maintenance. The BMAcloud hardware is manufacturer-independent.
The maintenance box sends the data of your fire alarm system to the central server (BMAcloud.de) via LTE or Ethernet. The responsible maintenance technician receives all maintenance information clearly on his mobile device via app.

Live messages
The messages from the fire alarm center (BMZ) are displayed in the app on the technician's smartphone during maintenance. Every BMZ event can be sent to the BMAcloud. Therefore, you always have an overview of the current status of your fire alarm systems.
All trips are documented during maintenance. Outside of maintenance, the live messages can be used for service purposes.
file management
The system programming, running cards and distribution plans can be saved for each system.
The data can be called up and updated in the BMAcloud 24 hours a day by any technician. The running cards can be called up via the app during maintenance.
test plans
The core element of the BMAcloud is the maintenance inspection plan. The test plans are automatically calculated for each maintenance interval. These can be read in from the system programming.
Each test plan can be individually tailored to a system.
service reports
Any number of service reports can be created for each system, which the technician writes on the customer's mobile phone or tablet. The input is reduced to the fewest clicks and the essentials. Finally, the customer and the technician sign the report, which is then immediately sent to the customer by PDF email.
