About this app

This app is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is a companion analytics dashboard for the BMBF8 demo app and does not process real money, real banking data, or real financial transactions. All events and analytics shown are drawn from the BMBF8 demo app's simulated usage.

BMBF8 Analytics is a proof-of-concept app built to explore Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform. The same code powers Android, iOS, desktop, and web builds. It reads anonymised in-app events from the BMBF8 demo app's Kafka/Redpanda pipeline and visualises them.

Account creation (email + password) is required to use the app. Events viewed in the dashboard do not contain personal content — only anonymised interaction events from the BMBF8 demo app. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete account), or delete just the local app state and keep your account (Delete app data).

The app is a personal project by Michael Vescovo. It is not affiliated with any financial institution.
