Track-It! assists the help desk personnel in providing quality service to their internal and external customers.

This mobile application provides helpdesk technicians access to BMC Track-It! to review assigned requests, submit requests, and update requests. This also enables technicians to search through the knowledge base to find out solutions for issues being reported.

I typed in the correct server address that my teammate even uses and it says invalid address or version issue. Don't waste your time with this garbage. Just use your browser. Really pushing my org to change to different ticket system. Plus you need a license for asset management per device?? F outta here.

App crashes whenever a ticket note is opened on Pixel 6 phone. Also frequently locks up and needs to be restarted for unknown reasons.

it appears as though this app is useless if your technicians have windows ad authentication enabled. it will not work, you cannot type in your credentials. useless...
