Enterprise Workforce Management Application

BMM Workforce is an enterprise workforce management solution designed exclusively for registered employees of partner organizations.

This application enables employers to manage driver attendance, job assignments, and work-related location tracking during official working hours.

Location tracking begins only after the employee performs a Check-in action inside the app and provides consent. Tracking stops automatically when the employee performs Check-out.

The app uses Android Foreground Service to ensure transparency. A persistent notification is displayed at all times while location tracking is active. The app does not hide tracking behavior and does not collect location data outside of active work sessions.

This application is not designed for public monitoring, personal surveillance, or tracking individuals outside of an employer–employee relationship.
