you guys are asking for too many informations just for an app. It's like going to a real bank to open an account. so the aim of making it easy to own your financial app has been defeated with those too many requirements. honestly I wish I didn't even download the app in the first place.

This app is just useless and of no use, don't even try it if you haven't, they are asking too much of information just for the registration, can't you see other fintech apps like Opay, Palmpay, Moniepoint and others how person can simply register in just few clicks. I think you are not at all. Nonsense.

this bank is a scam. I login with my details I deposited money few days they ask me to upgrade the app after the upgrade they log me out . the new app is showing signin or recover acc I have put thesame number is not working. I don't know how to reach the customer service number I have google it can't find their customer service number
