Not a single nice experience since I downloaded this guy. scan face all the freaking time and you know Nigeria hardly has light . so if I want to do a transaction at night I must get a Torchlight??? I've seen the interface, it's sleek but your developer has so much work to do. I ve not even been able to logging since I was introduced to the app at Gitex. DO BETTER MEHN! also why the heck must I activate fingerprint to use you?? DO BETTER!

I really don't know who the developers are, but why do I have to scan my face for every single action on the app, worst is at night, the way your phone brightens up to do the scanning could destroy ones sight. The crazy part is, there is no setting where you can change it. I had to move all my funds out immediately, I should be able to choose if I want face scan or not. But why force it on my?

So far, my experience with the app has been smooth. From downloading the app to creating my account, everything was straightforward and easy to navigate. I didn’t encounter any issues during the registration process, which was a pleasant experience. I haven’t funded my account yet, so I can’t speak much about the transactions or other banking features, but based on my experience so far, I’m impressed with how simple and user-friendly the app is.
