Ratings and reviews

Previous version was better than the Updated version of this app, new one is useless. I am not able to even open the app. When i tried to open the app it says "unable to reach server at this time,please try again later". Before launching the app for general public atleast run test for several time and make sure it does'nt have any issues.

Hello BNB, The upgrade! Thought might be better but to the disappointment it's slow, transactions doesn't work at times, at times our savings deducted for failed transactions, zero online and phone customer care services. Huge disappointment!

I came here to talk about the website of your banking app and system. The official BNB website I have searched in was a terrible experience. The website redirect you to some unwanted ads which is something terrible and makes it almost unusable. Please fix that
