Very disappointing experience with PayNearby. Shop verification is not completed even after 30+ days. On top of that, when verification fails within the promised timeline, the refund amount is credited only to the main ledger instead of back to the bank account. The biggest issue is that the money used for the financial package/subscription is deducted from the bank account, but later you cannot properly transfer or withdraw the refunded amount from the ledger. Unfair and misleading

"App is very good and user-friendly. I have a request for you. In Rail Reservation, it would be very helpful if you add a confirmation popup before cancelling a ticket. Currently, as soon as we click 'Submit', the ticket gets cancelled instantly. Please add a confirmation message like: 'Refund amount is ₹[amount]. Are you sure you want to cancel?' This will help prevent accidental cancellations and improve user experience. Thank you!"

Very disappointed with the agent who visited our location and recommended this app for our shop. We’ve been facing many issues with the app, and whenever we try to contact someone for support or guidance, no one is responding to calls. We were not properly guided on how to use the app, and there’s no clear support available when issues arise. Please let us know whom we can contact directly for immediate assistance and issue resolution.
