Why recently it's very hard to open NeoBank? Or it can be opened - but when I try to top up the E-money, the page is hang. Just blank. Not going anywhere. It happened many times. My apps is updated and internet connection is good (I can open other apps or browse without problem). Please help to fix the bug. Other than that still okay. Thank you.

Can't even apply for a timed deposit. Error "product no longer available". And the customer service chat is just bots with nested menu

connection for apps is very bad.. even after put fingerprint or password.. even i change device its still have same network problem.. pls update your server.. its suck a lot..
