BnCheck is the app designed to automate traveler registration in Spain and submit guest check-ins to SES.HOSPEDAJES with significantly less manual effort.

If you manage vacation rentals, tourist apartments, hotels, hostels, or small guesthouses, BnCheck digitises the whole guest check-in process.

What you can do with BnCheck:
• Send guests an online check-in link before they arrive.
• Scan the ID document (OCR) and fill in the data automatically.
• Validate data and reduce transcription errors.
• Review and submit guest reports to SES.HOSPEDAJES.

• Import SES.HOSPEDAJES data to the rental deposit (Depósito de Arrendamientos).
• Generate rental deposit files (Modelo Informativo) ready for submission.
