FreeCell Unlocked is a modern, calm, mobile-first take on FreeCell. No ads. No subscriptions. No dark patterns. One-time optional cosmetic packs if you want to support development - never required.
EVERY GAME IS SHAREABLE
What makes FreeCell Unlocked different is that every deal you play becomes a short share key, a compact code that captures the deal *and* the moves you made on it. Send it to a friend and they replay the exact same game. Use it to file a perfect bug report. Use it to challenge someone to beat your time. Open any replay in the scrubber to pause, step forward and back, and look at any position.
UNLOCKED FROM THE SINGLE-RULESET STRAITJACKET
Most FreeCell apps ship one rule set. FreeCell Unlocked ships a difficulty
surface:
- Classic FreeCell (4 free cells, the rules you know)
- Variable Free Cells (1, 2, 3, or 5 — easier or harder, your call)
- Hard Mode (free cells are transit-only, no parking)
- Hidden Rows (face-down cards at column bottoms)
DAILY CHALLENGE
A new deal every day. Compete on the global leaderboard, or just chase your own streak. Your record is preserved across devices when you sign in. Plus separate leaderboards for each mode, the hard-mode crowd has somewhere to compete, and the casual crowd isn't outranked by it.
DESIGNED TO BE READABLE
Big, clear card faces. High-contrast suits. Comfortable on a phone, beautiful on a tablet. Built for players who want to see the cards, not squint at them.
NO ADS, EVER
Not a free trial. Not "ad-supported with a paid removal." The base game is free and stays free. Optional cosmetic packs (themed card backs, faces, table felts) are voluntary support, they exist to keep the lights on, not to gate the game.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
