Biometric ID scan doesn't work. When I scan the back of the ID, I get an error saying "Error," and in the next step, the face recognition scans my picture... waits a 6 "processing," and then a screen with "We couldn't verify your identity " message appears. Since I reside in the USA, I cannot dial the short code customer service phone numbers.

Awful app. Seriously. I tried to open an account through the app as that's the only way and I keep getting error notifications. You're either updating the app or something went wrong with the voice ID. And your technical supports- outstanding! She literally read the error notification as I I can't read You owe me 1.5 of your life

Frustrating experience! Everything worked fine until it was the time to upload a face picture, my camera is working, I got a stable internet connection, the face picture is taken, and then the app simply stops working! I tried multiple times and it always gave me the same results, please fix that.
