About this app

Hello bank! is a banking service which is 100% mobile. It is offered free of charge and includes a current account, a maximum of two bank cards, and savings accounts.

The application is:
• Completely secure:
You access our banking services using your own unique Easy Banking code, which you set up. You receive the same level of protection as you already enjoy when you use your bank card and PIN.
• Has a full help service:
The Hello team is on hand 83 hours a week to answer your questions and help you carry out your transactions.

The Hello bank! app gives you access to your banking world, you can use your bank and you have a clear view of your income and spending.

A few useful features:
• You can log in with your fingerprint if your phone is equipped with this option.
• The Bancontact function: this enables you to make payments via your smartphone by using the QR code .

As easy as saying "Hello!"
1. Download the free app
2. Submit your request from the app (takes no more than 4 minutes!)
3. Your Hello box and card reader are sent to your home address
4. Upon approval of your application, we then prepare your bank card(s) and the PIN you need to activate them.

Good app with all the basic features included, for easy use. The only big issue is that the transfer time to accounts other than Hello Bank are very high (2-3 days)

Hi Dorina, thank you for your feedback! We appreciate it. If you do transfers less than 5000 euros, you can make them instant. This feature is free and you can enable it when clicking on "date" when you are in the transfer. Have a nice day! ^JessJ

Tried updating the application to access my accounts. Does not work. Tried uninstalling the app, redownloaded it and it still keeps asking me to update. Cleared the cache & data, still keeps asking me to update. And when I try to update, it redirects me to the app store where my only options are - uninstall or open the application. Endless loop with no results. Prior to release these things should be checked in advance.What if i need to make an urgent payment? Are you going to pay for the fines?

Haven't really had much of a chance to use it but on first glance it's not as intuitive as other apps. A few comments which I hope the developers will take into consideration for improvements: As others have said, the video on the landing page is annoying; a static visual/background is sufficient. Additionally, it would be great if there were a feature to copy and paste IBAN/account details to facilitate bank transfers for those who haven't yet set up beneficiaries.
