Hello bank! is a banking service which is 100% mobile. It is offered free of charge and includes a current account, a maximum of two bank cards, and savings accounts.

The application is:
• Completely secure:
You access our banking services using your own unique Easy Banking code, which you set up. You receive the same level of protection as you already enjoy when you use your bank card and PIN.
• Has a full help service:
The Hello team is on hand 83 hours a week to answer your questions and help you carry out your transactions.

The Hello bank! app gives you access to your banking world, you can use your bank and you have a clear view of your income and spending.

A few useful features:
• You can log in with your fingerprint if your phone is equipped with this option.
• The Bancontact function: this enables you to make payments via your smartphone by using the QR code .

As easy as saying "Hello!"
1. Download the free app
2. Submit your request from the app (takes no more than 4 minutes!)
3. Your Hello box and card reader are sent to your home address
4. Upon approval of your application, we then prepare your bank card(s) and the PIN you need to activate them.

Editing my review because the app has been down for nearly a week. Works ok, needs some qol features like adding cards from other banks , membership cards and crypto etc. Since there aren't that many physical stores some more control over our settings in the app would be appreciated .

Devs are so out of touch with tech, switch to ING, their apps work with every OS and ROM! (don't advise me on anything, it's none of your business what kinda phone I use)

Dear Oguz, thank you for your additional review. We advise to only use official software released by/for Android and iOS. Using custom software or ROMs may result in bugs, crashes,... Promising, you can select multiple languages, and it seems it's properly translated. Then you receive your card, try to log in, and an error. You call the support, "english operators are occupied" so you must chose a French or Dutch one (neither German) finally you receive an extra instruction to activate the card: that's an automata over a number which is only available in French. I fear if to open an acc is that complicated, doing actual banking would be even worse. At least a great start.
