Ratings and reviews

This app is not very good. It gives you different levels of tickets to select from but they all take you to the same link where it is even more confusing. I thought I was buying premium seats and they turned out to be regular seats with no food or drink as it was described in the selection. Terrible and misleading especially to an older crowd that follows tennis. Redo this app soon before the next event.

Noticably inferior to other tournament apps. Not as user friendly. For example under players listings, there is no search feature or even jump to a certain letter of the alphabet, just a lot of scrolling to get to the letter you want. From the draw, no way of clicking on a player to get their profile. Instead you need to go from the draw to Players and scroll. No information on players earnings to date/lifetime.

purchasing tickets was the worst, they switched from Ticketmaster to AXS(mobile app). Got an email confirming the purchase but couldn't retrieve the tickets. was on the phone with customer service for an hour and a half the day before the event, to no avail. Then spent another half hour at ticket gate the day of the event trying to retrieve the tickets, causing us to miss a good portion of the men's semi finals.
