Ratings and reviews

Noticably inferior to other tournament apps. Not as user friendly. For example under players listings, there is no search feature or even jump to a certain letter of the alphabet, just a lot of scrolling to get to the letter you want. From the draw, no way of clicking on a player to get their profile. Instead you need to go from the draw to Players and scroll. No information on players earnings to date/lifetime.

purchasing tickets was the worst, they switched from Ticketmaster to AXS(mobile app). Got an email confirming the purchase but couldn't retrieve the tickets. was on the phone with customer service for an hour and a half the day before the event, to no avail. Then spent another half hour at ticket gate the day of the event trying to retrieve the tickets, causing us to miss a good portion of the men's semi finals.

Besides all the issues in other reviews my frustration was with notifications. I got bombarded with alerts to look up at fireworks from Stadium 1, duh we can all see and hear them go off. What I did NOT get was an alert that the match of my favorite player had been moved to a different stadium!! It was several games in that I refreshed scores and discovered the match was going. It did not even say which court it had been moved to!! Utterly horrible app. Pure garbage. 2026 edit: Still awful!!!
