I use it for buying crypto even though the transaction charges are on the higher side due to instant purchase. However today after paying I didn't get crypto. I raised ticket and they asked for another wallet address as previous one they felt difficulty with. But after sharing the new address they have not performed the transaction yet. I am really disappointed with this.

my first purchase was successful but the second purchase I am having difficulty receiving my usdt I've made payment 24 hours ago, send almost 5 emails but still no reply were are your customer service they should be responding to emails. I did not use the app I used internet banking VIA veera browser . I have sent you several emails I even attached screenshots of payment

Amount debited but its not deposited to my wallet. Transaction status is stuck as buying. Request you to please look into the ticket 101428 and do the needful. Please help me. i raised another ticket 101437
