Very bad experience with this app. The exchange rate is extremely high and unfair. Selling 1 USDT at ₹89 while buying at ₹109 is completely unacceptable. On top of that, additional platform fees around ₹7 make it even worse. No one will prefer trading at such a huge margin. It feels like users are being overcharged without justification. Strongly disappointed and do not recommend this platform to anyone looking for fair crypto transactions.

Thought I'd never receive thise funds back and videos on the internet freaked me out even more when people started saying its a scam site. But thanks to your team for resolving the issue though it took a few days time. 😊 Highly recommend this for purchases. "Amount debited but its not deposited to my wallet. Transaction status is stuck as buying. Request you to please look into the ticket 27430 and do the needful."

I've been using this app for seamless crypto/fiat transactions, but I've come to realize that their customer support service is very poor. How on earth is a transaction issue not resolved within 3 good days? I've sent emails all to no avail just to resolve this issue. I'm not sure I can continue with them if this same issue persists beyond imagination.
