I've been using this app for seamless crypto/fiat transactions, but I've come to realize that their customer support service is very poor. How on earth is a transaction issue not resolved within 3 good days? I've sent emails all to no avail just to resolve this issue. I'm not sure I can continue with them if this same issue persists beyond imagination.

My experience with Onramp Money has been excellent. The app has a simple and clean interface, making it very easy to use. Transactions are processed quickly, and the KYC verification was smooth and completed within minutes. It’s a reliable platform for buying crypto safely and conveniently. Highly recommended!

Ticket no.- 111817 Scam app and fraud peoples just kept your money and not giving crypto when u raise ticket then they say that they will process refund but 8 days passed just giving excuses that they will process refund in this week but they are not replying not they process any refund. After verifying all details still not giving refund just keep money like they are owner of money and make you beggar. Don't download app
