**Required Permissions and Their Usage**

BIND_VPN_SERVICE
Used to run a local VPN service via Android VpnService to enable website filtering and blocking features within the app. The VPN operates locally on the device and is only used to enforce user-configured rules.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Allows the app to check the device’s network connectivity status so the app can apply blocking rules correctly depending on the current network state.

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
Allows the app to restart essential monitoring services automatically when the device is restarted so configured protection features remain active.

WAKE_LOCK
Ensures the app can keep necessary background processes running briefly to maintain reliable monitoring and enforcement of blocking rules.

INTERNET
Required for basic network communication such as loading configuration, syncing user settings, or accessing allowed services.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE
Allows the app to run a foreground service that keeps monitoring and blocking features active while showing a persistent notification to the user.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Used to send notifications to inform users about protection status, alerts, or important updates related to app blocking or restrictions.
