About this app

Arduino Remote Studio is a no-code remote control designer for Arduino, ESP32,
ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, robots, drones, smart home boards and any device that
speaks serial over Bluetooth Classic (HC-05, HC-06) or WiFi (TCP). Drag a
joystick, button or slider onto the canvas, write the command it should send —
done. No Android Studio. No XML. No keyboard.

This is the controller every Arduino tutorial assumes you already have.

KEY FEATURES

• Visual remote designer — drag and drop buttons, joysticks, sliders, toggle
switches, multi-state cycling buttons, gauges, value displays and a serial
monitor. Resize on the canvas, snap to a grid, undo/redo every change.

• Bluetooth Classic and WiFi out of the box — pair with HC-05, HC-06, ESP32
BT-Classic boards or connect over TCP to ESP8266, NodeMCU or any device
exposing a TCP socket. Save connection profiles for one-tap reconnects.

• Pair from QR code — point your phone at a QR your sketch prints, the
connection details auto-fill.

• Send any payload — plain text commands, JSON, hex, or templated strings
with live values (e.g. SPEED:{value}, X:{x},Y:{y}). Whatever your sketch
expects, you can send.

• Two-way live data — your device sends back "KEY:VALUE" lines and the
app updates Gauges, value displays, sliders and labels in real time. Watch
battery percentage, temperature, RPM, voltage or any custom sensor.

• Safety first — every template has a tappable Emergency Stop button, a
failsafe-on-disconnect command (auto-fires if Bluetooth drops mid-drive),
and a per-control destructive flag that adds a confirmation dialog.

• Macros — record a sequence of commands as you play and save it as a one-tap
macro. Useful for "park the car", "scene: movie night", or robot demos.

• Usage heatmap — see at a glance which controls you actually use, so you can
redesign the layout.

• One-handed mirror mode — flip the canvas for left-handers or thumb-only
driving.

• Per-control haptic feedback — light, medium or strong tactile click on each
button.

• Conditional visibility — hide a control until your device sends a specific
value. Build progressive UIs that only reveal options when relevant.

• 6 starter templates included — Robot Driver, Smart Home Hub, RC Car, Drone
Pilot, CNC Pendant and LED Strip. Tap and go.

• Import/export remotes — share .json template files via WhatsApp, email or
Drive. Take your robot remote to a friend's phone in seconds.
