Worst experience! I’ve sent multiple support requests, but there's been no response at all. My account was suddenly placed under review with the reason given that I'm a bot — which is completely false. I haven't made any mistakes or violated any rules. It’s been months, and my account is still stuck in review with no update or resolution. Extremely disappointing!

It took me 1 year to make 7M+ token that I can't exchange. I contacted the support team several times but in vain. I think I lost my hard-earned money. If you can't exchange your tokens in app, you should stop mining as they will never solve this issue. There are other apps you can spend your precious time on. Update: I got paid after contacting the support team over and over again. Now once again, I want to exchange and the platform is giving me an error for no reason. I am verified already.

I've been using this app for a year and few months now. I've exchanged my tokens on few occasions, but suddenly I was placed under review. Indicating that I'm a bot. (How's that possible) I've written to the support system severally. No response. I'll probably just delete the app than let it take space on my phone.
