I originally rated this app 4 stars in 2022, hoping they would have made significant improvements by then. But I'm now updating it to 3 stars due to how limited the functionality still is - no expense tracker, can't search transactions, can't use biometric to confirm transfers (requires password again). It's just not keeping up with other finance and banking app features, which is disappointing. Overall we appreciate this bank though, fwiw.

Just tried depositing check from app vs. driving it there, was so easy. I love the plymouth mi BOAA staff and customer service there is amazing. Makes all the difference!! Been banking here for years.

I have not been able to save my fingerprint or face ID to log in for over a year. I had a conversation with someone at the bank 6 months ago, they were zero help. Very unhappy we have such a terribly slow, glitchy app for a bank that I didn't choose to join when First National got bought out.
