About this app

BobaLive is an order-grabbing tool for live-stream sellers. When a customer leaves a comment during a live stream to request an order, the app converts the comment into an order and immediately prints a tag.

【Main Features】
・Instant Comments: Live stream comments are displayed centrally on your phone, supporting Facebook fan page live streams and TikTok live streams.

・Automatic Keyword Order Grabbing: Set keywords (e.g., product codes), and orders are automatically created and printed when a customer's comment matches. You can set a limit on the number of orders that can be grabbed, and it will automatically stop when the limit is reached.

・One-Click Order Creation: Create an order with a single click on a comment.

・Order Replacement: Create orders for customers who haven't left comments.

・Abandoned Order List: Record customers who abandon orders; their names will be displayed when they leave comments again.

・Live Stream Lottery: Draw winners from comments containing lottery keywords.

・Multi-Device Synchronization: Grab orders simultaneously on both computers and mobile phones; orders created on one device are also visible on the other.

【Two Printing Methods】
• Bluetooth Mobile Printer: Connect your phone directly to a Bluetooth label printer or thermal printer, no computer required. Paper size can be customized.

• USB Computer Printer: Your phone handles viewing messages and creating orders; the BobaLive bridge on your computer prints the orders via a USB printer. Authorize by scanning the QR code on your computer with your phone.

• Order Capture Even Without a Printer: Save orders and print them later.

【Important Notes Before Use】
• Requires a BobaLive account.

• During order capture, the app will display a notification in the notification bar. The connection to the printer will only be maintained when the screen is locked.

• Interface Languages: Traditional Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.
