Mostly works as intended. They've definitely removed some features from before when it was only online if you don't pay $80-160/year per machine which is nonsense considering what you pay to buy them, service them and buy parts from them. Also, the register/claim an asset functions are pointless in the app since you need to contact your dealer anyway. Maybe make those functions usable and send it in an email to the servicing dealer you select with that information

Haven't had the app or Machine IQ long enough to properly rate it. That is because I never knew it existed. Was never informed anything about it by the dealer. Now I sign up, only to find out my three years of the free Basics package expires in 17 days. Given the cost of the machines and the fact that this was a cash sale for Bobcat, it would seem that the availability of a useful tool for asset management such as Machine IQ would have at a minimum been mentioned to the purchaser.

I bought a new skid loader. and it was supposed to have GPS tracking. after they gave it to me. They didn't even install the chip. and they supposedly told me I had to pay extra if I wanted it installed.
