Nice app, but it's lacking two additional features ...a PAUSE button and the ability to empty the bin during a cleaning cycle, both without ending the cleaning cycle. Presently, you can only STOP the cycle to take a phone call or such. Also, the EMPTY button can only be used after sending the unit back to charge. I should be able to push the EMPTY button, have it do its thing, and then resume cleaning.

So bad. Very buggy. One simple thing is you don't have a option to view password when you type it. very basic requirement in today's time. Not able to switch maps. Just errors out. splitting rooms is very sensitive and more difficult than it needs to be. when the vacuum works it works well. problem is more time than not it isn't working properly. Moving to the shark brand.

App was easy to set up at first, and everything worked great until I tried to use it yesterday. Now, it won't let me do anything on the app. When I try to start the vacuum using the app, a box pops up saying, "Something went wrong. Timeout or unexpected errors. Try again later." I logged out and deleted the app and reinstalled it, but now it won't let me log back in stating the same thing as above. I have the app installed on my wife"s phone also,and it does the same thing. It works on the Alexa
