About this app

BODEGUERO is the point-of-sale app for Venezuelan bodegas, the app you use to buy from them and the tool you use to restock them. One app with three ways to use it: choose your preferred method upon logging in and switch whenever you want.

WORKS OFFLINE
Everything is saved on your phone first. If the signal drops or the power goes out, the app keeps working: you sell, collect payments, and record credit orders without even noticing. What you did offline syncs automatically when the connection returns, and nothing is lost.

IF YOU OWN A BODEGA

SELL
Scan the barcode and you're done. If the product doesn't have a code, search for it by name or tap it in your best sellers. You can collect payments in dollars, bolivars, or a combination: cash, mobile payment, bank transfer, Zelle, or a point-of-sale terminal. The current exchange rate is applied automatically.

CREDIT
Sell to Doña Carmen on credit, and the transaction is recorded under her name. See at a glance who owes you and how much. When they pay, the amount is deducted. No more ledgers.

INVENTORY
Know what you have and what's running low. Receive merchandise in bulk, and the app automatically calculates how many units came in and how much each one costs.

SUPPLIER INVOICE WITH A PHOTO
Take a picture of the invoice the truck delivers, and the purchase is automatically recorded: stock increases, costs are updated, and the debt to the supplier is noted. It shows you any discrepancies so you can review them—it never blindly records something that doesn't add up.

SMART CAPTURE
Scan multiple products in a row without touching the screen. Or say it out loud: "two one-kilo bags of PAN flour and three Maltín," and it creates the list automatically. When it's unsure, it asks instead of guessing.

CASH REGISTER
Open the cash register in the morning, close it at night, and the app tells you if there's too much or too little stock. The closing information is saved.

ORDERS
If you connect your store's WhatsApp, your customers can place orders through it, and the order goes into the app, ready for dispatch. You can also order from your suppliers directly from the same screen: what you send is recorded, and when the merchandise arrives, it matches what you ordered.

RECEIPTS
Send the receipt to the customer via WhatsApp or print it out for them.

BUYING FROM THE STORE

Find the stores in your area, see what they have and how much it costs, and place your order for delivery or pickup.

Pay as usual: to the store owner, in cash or however they tell you. The app doesn't get involved and doesn't charge you anything for using it.

Your orders are saved, and next week's order is usually the same: "Reorder" creates it in a snap. And the wineries you mark as favorites are always at your fingertips.

IF YOU'RE A DISTRIBUTOR

Publish your catalog with the price per bulk—the wholesale price and the price quoted over the phone—and the winery sees the calculated unit price below, which is what they compare against their own prices.

Orders come in sorted by what needs to be done today: what still needs to be answered upfront, then what needs to be prepared and shipped. When the merchandise goes out, the winery receives it and cross-checks it against their order.

Your company needs to be verified before wineries can see you, and in the meantime, the app tells you this clearly instead of leaving you waiting for orders that can't be delivered.

YOUR WAREHOUSE IS YOURS
Your prices, your costs, your customers, and your suppliers are not visible to any other winery. Photos of your invoices are kept private.

There's a shared product catalog—barcode, brand, size—so you don't have to type in what another bodega has already entered. That's all. Never your price, cost, or stock. And if you prefer not to contribute anything, you can turn it off in Settings.

WHAT YOU NEED
Android 8 or newer. The camera is only used when scanning or taking photos, and the microphone only when dictating. Never when opening the app.

BODEGUERO doesn't charge a sales commission or take any money from you. It doesn't process payments: you collect them as usual; the app simply records them.
