Developed by the Chief Mechanic Office in response to feedback from the 737 Program, Fleet Chief Office, and Global Aviation Safety, the app addresses long-standing gaps in technician engagement and knowledge sharing.

Traditional feedback channels are often slow and fragmented, limiting the distribution of best practices and technician-driven solutions. FeedbackApp bridges this gap by combining the familiarity of social media with the rigor of Boeing’s technical support ecosystem. It empowers technicians to crowdsource solutions, highlight recurring issues, and engage directly with Boeing experts and their own airline communities.

Key Features:
- Full Community Page: Open forum for all users to post questions, share experiences, and collaborate across airlines.
- Community Group Page: Airline-specific discussion space restricted to employees of the same operator.
- Supplemental Data Library: Boeing moderators provide curated technical content including Maintenance Tech Tips, Task Aids, videos, and simulations.
- Secure Access: Available to verified airline employees with MyBoeingFleet credentials and Aviation ID.
- Moderation & Safety: Posts can be flagged and quarantined for review. Content is automatically reviewed and managed.

A recurring issue with oil fill times was identified by technicians but lacked a formal reporting channel.
