About this app

There's more in your home that quietly expires than you remember.

Water filter cartridges, AC filters, dehumidifier filters, contact lenses, toothbrush heads, razor blades, pitcher filters, air purifier filters…

They don't break and they don't beep. They just quietly go past their date. By the time you remember, it's usually been far too long.

TASK puts them all on one screen so you can see how many days each one has left.

■ Tap once when you replace it — the next due date is worked out for you

This is the part built-in reminders can't do, and the most tedious one.

Track consumables in a calendar or reminders app and you have to change the next date by hand every single time. After two or three rounds you give up, and the whole system falls apart.

Here, tap "Replaced" and the next due date is recalculated instantly. That's it.

■ Everything at a glance — swap a few things in one go

Sorted by days left, with overdue, coming up and not yet kept apart.

When you're up on a chair changing the AC filter, glance at what else nearby is due — climbing up once for three things beats three separate trips.

When several things are due at once, they're bundled into one notification instead of five separate pings.

■ Reminded when you get home in the evening — when you can actually do it

A "replace your water filter" reminder at the office might as well not exist.

Set a location or a Wi-Fi network for each place, and reminders wait until you're actually back there, during the hours you're free.

Home, office and car can each be set up separately. Don't want this? No problem — timed reminders keep working as usual.

■ No account, no server, no ads

No sign-up, no login.

Your data lives only on your phone. There are no analytics or tracking SDKs — the developer can't see what you record and doesn't know where you live.

Location matching happens entirely on your device. Coordinates never leave your phone.
