Terrible experience with the app.. It is too slow since the last month, that it is impossible to use any voucher at any place. Pathetic service, what is the use of buying membership for the whole year if the app is so slow half of the year... Waste of money and disappointing experience.. Will not buy membership for the next year.

Clicking on the promotional notifications never directly opens the actual advertised link and instead opens the main app, which is quite frankly a waste of the app user's time. Furthermore, the vouchers only mention the deal but do not mention any menu and price details, through which the user can figure out the payment and savings amount. Foodpanda app can be looked into for some inspiration and improvement.

It's been a few months and the app isn't working at all. It either takes half an hour to load or doesn't load at all. What's the point of the app if one cannot use it to browse options or avail the offers if the app doesn't load. Kindly fix this or give a refund on the subscription.
