ShiftPro turns paper timesheets and safety binders into a phone in your crew's pocket. Built for construction, landscaping, and trades.
WHO IT'S FOR
Foremen and supervisors running field teams of 5 to 50 workers. If your timesheets are still on paper or in a spreadsheet, ShiftPro replaces them in under a day.
GPS SHIFT TRACKING
Workers tap Start Shift on their phone. The app captures GPS and the address. No buddy-punching. Out-of-range clock-ins flag for supervisor review.
SIGNED SAFETY BRIEFS
Assign safety protocols to a project. Workers read and sign each brief before their shift starts. Timestamped records stay in the system, exportable for WCB, OHS, or insurance audits. No paper sign-off sheets that go missing.
LUNCH BREAKS, TRACKED
One tap to start a break, one tap to end. Break time gets subtracted from the shift. Supervisors see who's on break in real time on the dashboard.
WEEKLY SCHEDULING
Build the week from the supervisor dashboard. Assign workers to job sites and attach safety briefs. Workers see every upcoming shift with the instructions already attached.
CERTIFICATE TRACKING
Issue certifications like Fall Protection, WHMIS, or First Aid. ShiftPro flags expiring certificates 30 days out. No expired tickets caught on site.
INCIDENT REPORTING
File reports from the field with photos and GPS-stamped location. Supervisors get notified. Everything is searchable and exportable.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Create projects with addresses, deadlines, and assigned crews. Workers auto-link to the nearest project when they clock in within 500m.
