Worst app ever I have seen in my life. Every time we try to log in it is showing me technical issue as it is giving to other users in the review. My mpin has expired and I am trying to unblock and reset mpin, but due to technical error, I am not able to do anything. Also, biometric never works. Wow! what a security! Even account holder can't login. Again, worst app ever.

if I could give minus ratings would have done so even if I give location permission, doesn't move ahead when registering. whats the point of this app when a basic functionality is broken, top it off with the extremely big size of the app 69mb whereas other banks app is half the size in most case. the icing on the cake, rather then working on the app when most users have complained regards the same, the bank gives a standard reply- contact us. seriously!!

The BOI online account opening system is incredibly frustrating. Along with major software glitches, the algorithm wrongly fetched my name from Aadhaar, and there’s no option to manually correct it. When I visited the branch, they only fixed my profile name, leaving the account name issue unresolved. Plus, the net banking and mobile app registration process is outdated, requiring a debit card to unlock full transactional rights. Apologies for being blunt, but this really needs improvement.
