Whenever I open the app ,it gets hang and lags ,and Each time a new update is getting installed ,but the feature and effectiveness remains the same as usual ,And There login also not working ,and always there is a technical error kr server down , nowadays there is the advanced technology and UI/UX ,but instead of using the latest technology,they are still making the app like of 90s. Account access, stability,App performance and measure , connectiveness everything is zero with this app.

Absolutely unacceptable security for a banking app. My phone was remotely accessed, and despite the device not being previously registered with my bank account, the banking app could be activated on another device using only an OTP. How can such a sensitive banking service be accessible with just one OTP and no additional verification? This is a serious security concern. The bank must implement stronger device verification and authentication to protect customers and their money. extremely safe.

The app goes in indefinite loop if digially signed PDF statement is tried to download. It should be possible to download PDF receipt of depodit transaction done online or off line that is digitally signed. The receipt should only be receipt. It should not be a statement giving account balance details. The app should display time stamp and date of last login when relogged in for sufficient time.
