I am facing a very frustrating issue while trying to register and log in to BOI NEO. Whenever I attempt to register my account, I receive a message stating that my account has been locked due to 3 unsuccessful login attempts. The surprising part is that I have not made any recent login attempts at all. The last time I tried accessing my account was several months ago. It is possible that, during that time, there were a few unsuccessful login attempts, but I have not used the application since.

Very Convenient and User-Friendly App! I've been using the Bank of India OMNI Neo app for my daily banking, and it's been a great experience. The app is easy to navigate, transactions are smooth, and I can do almost everything without visiting the branch. Whether it's checking my balance, Account statement, transferring money, paying bills, or opening an FD or RD, everything is quick and hassle-free. Overall, it's a reliable and convenient banking app that makes managing finances much easier.

if I could give it 0 stars, I would have given that. it's slow, non-responsive. Every few seconds it hangs and I get a notification asking if I should wait for the app to respond or close it. Now since I hadn't registered my email ID I cant even use the netbanking via browser. it's such a pain to use the app to even enable that feature. All I'm trying to do is add my email ID to my profile through the app. it's been half an hour and I still haven't been able to do it. Beyond frustrated.
