Very disappointed about login, I am not able to login for the last 6 months. I also spoke to their call centre and local branch regarding this matter, but got no help. Now they are not letting me login in, so what can I say about their online service, it is so bad? I think Bank of India has the worst banking online service in the world. Now, after reading this review, they'll give me an email address and tell me to contact there. But I've already tried that too, 2/3 times, but it hasn't helped.

This app has been my worst experience — it's not user-friendly at all. Login methods vary for each user, and I can't add my debit card for transactions. The app is slow, crashes frequently, and constantly shows technical errors. There are no clear options to proceed or skip steps. The older version is far better than this updated version. I don't understand why it needs mobile data and doesn't work on Wi-Fi.

It's a very bad experience using this app. No proper login process, it changes every time . in case you exceed 3 login attempts it gets blocked and then you have to visit the branch and submit an application to unblock. sometimes it does not get correct credentials as well in this scenario you are stuck in login loop which involves branch visit otherwise you can't use this app . this is very pathetic experience.
