terrible experience. every time the app stops working and I've to run to the branch. no help from customer support too. they don't respond to emails. says I couldn't register as I've tried more than thrice. this time I'm going to the branch and close my account once and for all! Extremely frustrated!

the worst user experience by far. it took 10 tries to register. you cant use wifi while registering. the app crashes randomly. there is a 6 month cooling period before you can activate a card on the app but the card would get disabled in 30 days ! ridiculous waste of taxpayer's money. few more : if you enable in view only mode you are told you can activate trxn in app. you go to app you are told you cant do that as card is not active. you try activating card you are told trxn is not active!

This app doesn’t even handle the most basic first step, it crashes right after accepting the terms and conditions. Even the web application fails to show my FDs. Easily one of the worst banking services I’ve experienced so far. What’s more concerning is that most of the positive reviews are paid.I tried logging in 6 months ago and faced the same issue, nothing is improved. their complaint page shows “Oops, page not found,”
