Hi Jia, we're sorry for the bad experience. This app is free and ad-supported like TV, radio, YouTube or Spotify... you can remove it with a micropayment of 0,5$ per month. Navigation is simple: each icon in the initial circle is a transport, once inside only have to type in a stop number. Thanks, best regards.
