They just switched to a new photo app for mobile deposits, which doesn't work as well. Also if you use a stamp to endorse, it sometimes doesn't recognize it because it's printed instead of a signature. 5/15/23 UPDATE When the algorithm rejects a check image, the bank is unable to give a reason as to why. This means wasting time adjusting light, background, etc instead of just addressing the problem. Frustrating.

This app works sometimes and sometimes it does not. I can't log in half the time. When I log in I use either my fingerprint or password done both correct (I can't change fingerprints) it says wrong password or no credentials to call the bank. This is a major problem when I try to check my information at important times. Not happy with this app I was hoping with the update things be different but nope. I will be calling the bank also to let them know about the app.

Mobile deposits usually work fine, which is great; however, every time I log out, and I do mean EVERY time, the app does not close. I have to go back and force a close or restart my phone. Bad glitch that needs to be fixed. Btw, I had the same problem on a previous phone, so it's not the phone.
