Sedona-X Mobile is Bold Group’s new financial management app that integrates with the powerful AlarmBiller software. Help your team be more productive with in-field access, and boost your revenue with easy payment options.

Sedona-X Mobile gives you complete customer, financial and billing management in the field. You can have account visibility on the go, schedule appointments, and process payments in the field through an optional, PCI-compliant, Bluetooth credit card swipe from Forte.

Sedona-X also is compatible with popular e-Forms and Sales Automation add-ons, offering you more functionality, control, and options.
Use Sedona-X Mobile on your iOS or Android device and feel secure with the built-in biometric security features.

Features Overview
- Sedona-X has all the features you expect in an accounting and business management mobile app, plus some unique new features.

Take Payments
- Process credit card or automated ACH payment methods which are PCI-compliant within the app.
- Process credit card swipe transactions with the addition of eDynamo and iDynamo by Forte (sold separately).
- Upon completion of the invoice, the payment method is available under the customer in within the app.

Calendar and Appointment Management
- Manage work order appointments, recurring work orders, and miscellaneous appointments.
- Manage dispatches, arrivals, completed tasks, and break times.
- Integrate time and attendance tools (subscription required).
- Synchronize appointment notifications and notify all attendees of appointment changes.
- Use calendar filtering to include groupings such as All, Technician Tearch, Mine, Miscellaneous, Work Orders, Recurring Work Orders, Proposals, and Sales

Appointments
- View the calendar in days, weeks, workweeks, and months.

Task Management
- Manage notifications and reminders, including emails, SMS text messages, and phone notifications.
- Add, edit, complete tasks.
- Assign tasks to any entity, such as customer, work order, and so on.
- Complete “By Owner” (loopback) for your tasks.
- Use task tags, and search and filter by title, owner, assigned, tags, status, and priority.

Work Order Management
- View and manage lists of work orders and recurring work orders.
- Add and edit appointments, items, parts, RMRs, notes, system parts and notes, documents, as well as add custom fields.
- Do task management, use maps, and create invoices for completed work orders.

Customer Account Management
- Add and edit customers, sites, and systems. Access customer listings and favorites, quick searches, and contact lists.
- Create invoices, view credit listings, and process payments.
- Add and edit notes, including critical notification pop ups, and add custom fields.
- Maintain RMR listings.
- Manage documents (photos & Cloud integrations) to include downloading, adding, and deleting.
- Use address mapping and quick phone call integration.

Dashboard and Settings
- With the Dashboard you can view the day’s appointments, tasks and work order lists.
- Get a personalized security with iOS Biometric Security Support, Touch ID & Face ID, and Android Fingerprint ID.
- Customize your views with dark and light themes, and have the option to change the font size

App doesn't stay signed in, biometrics don't work, heavy lag/load times. It would be awesome if we could have data fields in the notes/details pages be links (like a phone number or email address-so we don't have to bounce back and forth to the dialer or email app manually typing the same data) or at least be copy-able. As in, go to the ticket, copy or the customer phone number, then paste it into the phone app - or simply have these thinks link to the relevant default app they can be used in.

Absolutely terrible user experience. The app takes 20 seconds to load everything on the screen after I log in every time I open the app, even though I have it set to stay logged in. None of the features work the way they are supposed to I have to go into the work order and set times and dates for my dispatch and arrival. Clocking in for the day works fine. Clocking out works fine. Backdating clocks you out a minute after the last appointment. Even if you set the time and date. .

App was pretty good on a android based phone till about 2 weeks ago. Now when entering the dispatch, etc. times it always populates 5 hours in advance. Tech support claims it something with the phone and I've checked all the date and time settings to make sure they're set to auto which they are. Super annoying. PLEASE FIX!!!
