Ratings and reviews

Logging in is simple. Booking loads is easy. Getting paid in 2 days is great. Those are the positives. The negatives are: talking to support when you are out on a load and need assistance takes too long. The pay for loads could be better. Being able to pick up early (which benefits all parties involved) counts as a negative mark against the driver. Anything us drivers seem to bring out, falls on deaf ears cause nothing is ever done. I rate 4 for the positives. 2 for the negatives.

Can't activate the account. During signup it needs to mail a code to my corporate office to verify DOT#. Takes up to 7 days. Finally received the postcard today, Opened the app to enter the code and it starts the process all over again and now wants to send another code. The only chat is useless as well as it is the standard robot responses.

From Day 1 i was Happy. This app got me out the Gutter. I was struggling with LoadBoards and being denied as a New Authority. This app made me 1k in 3 days when the load board never got close to getting me 500 a week. Thank You! Now to keep ue routes an deliverys on point to keep getting the Good Loads!
