Read the date and weekday in Bengali, with Roman transliteration alongside. Choose India / West Bengal or Bangladesh, and your preference is saved for
both the app and its widgets.

TWO CALENDAR STANDARDS

West Bengal and Bangladesh follow different Bengali calendar standards. Bongabdo supports both: the traditional solar calculation used in West Bengal
and the modern official civil calendar used in Bangladesh.

These calendars are calculated separately, so their dates can sometimes match and sometimes differ.

An internet connection is needed to fetch updated dates. Without a refresh, the app may show the previously cached date.
