Agentum turns your phone into a smart assistant that understands voice and text, tracks money, helps manage tasks, tracks team activities, and integrates with CRM. One conversation replaces dozens of screen taps.

Finances with voice and photos

Say "spent 200 somoni on groceries" or take a photo of the receipt — Agentum automatically recognizes the amount, currency, recipient, and category. TJS, UZS, RUB, USD, KZT, and EUR are supported. Transactions are organized by category, recipient, and day. Income, expenses, and balances by person, who you owe and who owes you — all visible in one click. A monthly financial report is saved as a PDF.

Charts and analytics

Request "show last month's expenses visually" — get a pie chart by category and recipient. Daily trends, income versus expenses, and balances by counterparty. Budgets by category with a warning when approaching a limit.

AI voice chat

A full-fledged dialogue with artificial intelligence: ask questions, request emails, search for information online, translate text, or explain a document. The agent remembers the context of the conversation, searches your history, and can respond verbally and receive voice messages.

Teams and Business

Create a team of employees and add a business profile. Employees record expenses, and the owner approves or rejects them. Financial accounting for the entire business is collected automatically. Push notifications about new expenses. Business roles: owner and member.

Integration with Bitrix24 CRM

Connect your Bitrix24 portal (cloud and on-premise version) with a single webhook – no OAuth or complex setup required. Create deals and contacts by voice, view your sales pipeline and team activity, move deals between stages, and add notes to the timeline. Get push notifications about major new deals, overdue tasks, and deals with no activity. The meeting bot automatically attaches meeting minutes to the desired deal.

Meeting bot for Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams

Send Agentum a link to a meeting—it will dispatch the bot, record, transcribe, and send you the meeting minutes: participants, topics, decisions, tasks, and follow-ups. Create tasks in the app or activities in Bitrix with a single click.

Calendar, tasks, reminders

Events with attendees, recurring reminders, tasks with deadlines, reminders by location and time. Morning briefing—a quick summary of the day in a single push notification.

External Services

Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Notion, Zoom, and Canva through a single integration wizard. Create emails, events, and notes with your voice, without opening separate apps.

Security and Privacy

All webhooks and tokens are encrypted with a master key on the server. Team data is visible only to team members. You can delete your account and all associated data with a single request—we'll complete the process within 7 business days.
