Bontrebo enables secure and efficient digital interaction between clients and social workers.

TASKS, DIALOGUE, INFORMATION

You receive tasks from your social workers via the Bontrebo app. If documents are required, you have the option of scanning and submitting them directly in the app. If you feel unsure about the task, you can also ask questions right away. You also have the option of using the app to conduct dialogues with your responsible social worker, which can be initiated by both sides. You will also receive timely important information from your social welfare office via the app.

TRANSLATIONS

The app translates tasks, dialogues and information into your chosen language at the push of a button with the help of Microsoft Translation Services. The app can also be operated in different languages.

PRIVACY

All data is processed in Switzerland in Microsoft Azure in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act and, to protect your privacy, is also only transmitted in encrypted form.

USE

The app is for clients of Swiss social services who work with the Bontrebo app. The relevant social services provide information on all aspects of access. Use is free of charge for clients who are looked after via the app.
