About this app

Bonya Driver is the work app for truck drivers who haul loads with Bonya. It takes you through every delivery step by step, from accepting a load to handing it over at the customer's site.

How it works
• Sign in with your truck plate number and phone number, then confirm with a code sent to you on WhatsApp. No password needed.
• Choose the broker you are working with and start your shift. While you are on shift, the app shares your location with dispatch.
• Receive load offers and see the load details before you accept or reject.
• Follow the trip one step at a time: authorization ticket, vendor location, dispatch note photo, stamp station when required, waiting station when required, customer location, and offloading ticket photo as proof of delivery.
• The dispatch note photo is read automatically, so you do not have to type its details.
• Photos are saved on your phone the moment you take them and are sent when the connection allows, so weak signal does not lose your work.
• If an order is canceled during a trip, the app tells you what to do next, including returning the load to the vendor.
• Review your completed trips in your trip history.
• Use the app in Arabic, English or Urdu.

Requirements
• A driver account registered by the operator. The app has no sign-up; Contact your company to get access.
• Location permission, including “Allow all the time”, so your position keeps reaching dispatch while you are on shift with the phone in your pocket.
• Camera permission for the trip photos.
