This app is rubbish and a complete waste of my time. Not one of my trips shows up on the app. For FIVE days now, I've been trying to find two trips on the app and nothing is showing up. Worst app I've ever tried to use - not a good start to my relationship with an AIRLINE! Please, please, please can somebody fix the app - it cant be too hard, surely. And I wouldn't have given even one star, if I could post my review without a rating ... but one can't even do that

The app is borderline nonfunctional with extremely extremely understaffed support. Basically the cheap flights were a win, but they raise their prices next year and with the hefty prices on the food, limited travel dates and prices going basically up to normal the service will just be a giant rip off. Super promising start, super unsurprising finish. Better off just paying attention to flight sales of better airlines after the 1st next year.

The flight surely has to be better than the App and it's 'live chat' assist.....so far, I've been appalled at the processes so far and better get value for money because I have been forced to pay for two seats as once booked you CANNOT change the name on the ticket (yet you can edit and change the contact details at any stage)
