This app is rubbish and a complete waste of my time. Not one of my trips shows up on the app. For FIVE days now, I've been trying to find two trips on the app and nothing is showing up. Worst app I've ever tried to use - not a good start to my relationship with an AIRLINE! Please, please, please can somebody fix the app - it cant be too hard, surely. And I wouldn't have given even one star, if I could post my review without a rating ... but one can't even do that

Do not use chat option on the app. Go to a computer. It will take hours for someone to respond, did 3 attempts on my phone app yesterday to chat to someone but it kept self-closing. Either app at fault or someone on the other end closes the chat because I didn't respond straight away when they finally messaged. On a computer, the chat can stay open while you do other things while waiting. Everything else on the app seems to works as it should. Many wasted hrs though. Therefore, 2 star.

Worst app ever!! Keyboard keeps disappearing when entering password. Sometimes after every character. Doesn't remember trip's, have to constantly put in the booking reference. Changed the time of my flight by 4 hours and got no email notifying me. Sick of it taking minutes just to log in and check if it's been done again before I fly home.
