WORST APP EVER! Too many glitches in the app when trying to place an order, which caused significant inaccuracies in the order. The "Delete" button doesn't always work, & items deleted reappeared on my order. While ordering clothes, somehow the sizes got changed & I know exactly what size I put in. Every change I made kept reverting back to incorrect inputs! FRUSTRATING & TERRIBLE APP & THE COMPANY WONT CORRECT THE MISTAKES MADE BY THE APP. NO phone # or email contact info is on the app.

This ap makes it SO hard to return items. The different brands all have different methods for returns and the instructions are hidden away and unhelpful. It feels like a con to make you keep items that don't fit and of course it's impossible to get a message to anyone to help. Will definitely not use again.

The KM app is super easy to navigate. Sometimes, it takes a bit longer to upload further items, but overall, it is a good experience.
