WORST APP EVER! Too many glitches in the app when trying to place an order, which caused significant inaccuracies in the order. The "Delete" button doesn't always work, & items deleted reappeared on my order. While ordering clothes, somehow the sizes got changed & I know exactly what size I put in. Every change I made kept reverting back to incorrect inputs! FRUSTRATING & TERRIBLE APP & THE COMPANY WONT CORRECT THE MISTAKES MADE BY THE APP. NO phone # or email contact info is on the app.

karen Millen has somewhat returned to how they used to make clothing. The Archive Collection is amazing. I would highly recommend that you pull in some more lines from the Archive collection to choose from. on the whole I haven't returned anything yet, I am pleased with what I brought recently.

Easy to use up to the point of processing payment at checkout. Tried several times just to be told cannot process payment/experiencing issues, each time and with different payment options.
