WORST APP EVER! Too many glitches in the app when trying to place an order, which caused significant inaccuracies in the order. The "Delete" button doesn't always work, & items deleted reappeared on my order. While ordering clothes, somehow the sizes got changed & I know exactly what size I put in. Every change I made kept reverting back to incorrect inputs! FRUSTRATING & TERRIBLE APP & THE COMPANY WONT CORRECT THE MISTAKES MADE BY THE APP. NO phone # or email contact info is on the app.

Ridiculous user experience. Download doesn't take you to account creation so you start adding to basket and it fails with no feedback, I had to close app and re-open. Action buttons displayed off the edge of the Android screen, payment 3D secure part failing over and over. Wish I hadn't bothered!

I've now 4th time trying to return an item using your app or online. Enter valid order number and valid email and always says recognised then have to go through long painful process via WhatsApp support to get return ref or bar code. been like it for over a year then have to wait tediculous amoubt of time for the refund to be processed...really poor return service and product quality.
