Mandarin Logbook works offline and stores study notes on the device. It requests notification permission for optional daily review reminders and boot completed access to restore local reminders after restart. The tested APK did not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, storage, accessibility, VPN, or overlay permissions.
