About this app

Founded in 2018, Book An Artist continues to grow as a platform and a brand. Our mission is to educate and promote the importance and benefit of original, custom-designed artwork and murals. Book An Artist supports hundreds of local artists allowing people to connect with emerging talent easily.

CREATE A PROFILE.
Create your personalised profile and upload examples of your artwork. Fill out your contact details, your art capabilities, where you’re located and where you would be willing to travel.

REVIEW LEADS.
Review your leads and get more information on the projects that you’re interested in. Once you receive your first enquiry you can respond via the app.

BOOK COMMISSIONS.
Communicate directly with clients via the app. Not only can you respond to messages, but you can also apply for open job opportunities.

Ratings and reviews

Used to be good enough to get 1 or 5 commissions a year. That were successful. They would take 20% even if the sale was less than 400$, which is contradictory to their website statement. This would sometimes be reasonable on a higher paid SUCCESFUL commission. Now, they want money to message a lead or inquiry. Even if a client reaches out to you specifically. Also, they want to charge a monthly fee of $ 149.99, which would be fine if their were more successful leads.

great app, i rely on the app in many ways. great clients exposure from all backgrounds and from throughout the world. the app management, customer care and everything is super smooth and clear

Total loss of time and energy. Despite being active and client-responsive, no orders were received. When nothing positive happens, it's a mystery why they even allow us to create profiles. You simply wait without doing anything. Both you and your abilities are not appreciated here. Book an artist app that merely wants to take your money and return nothing. Not a single client support. Additionally, customers who want artwork from artists essentially want free labour.
