This app is not user friendly at all to schedule. You have to really click around to be able to schedule exactly what you need. I've had the app confirm my appointment is scheduled then showed up and there was no record of my appointment. Overall this is one of the most difficult scheduling apps I have used.

Alivia cuts my hair perfect everytime. My son and I come here for our haircuts and she is beyond kind, especially to my son, everytime!
