Bookjane does not show all the shifts. notification is showing there are new postings, but nothing is showing when I open the app. I've already tried updating app or uninstalling and re-installing. I have already made sure filters were adjusted properly.

40% of the time it works right every time. Doesn't like to get past the splash screen. Doesn't stop working just doesn't load.

It will not keep the filter set. Now it removed the facility I work at and can no longer pick up shifts through the app meaning I am losing pay. Happening with several coworkers as well. UPDATE: recieved a generalized statement from Bookjane saying they could help. Not realizing I had already gone through the support emails and was told that there wasn't any issues they could see so it was not their concern. Now I was told by a coworker that Bookjane admits it's an issue with Android users.
