This app service is very poor. I suggest buy tickets direct from terminal or call at terminal instead from this app. I want to refund my 2 seat tickets booking from this app but still after 3 month pass they are not refunding ticket money. Although it was not my fault because bus cancelled and they didn't inform me. So i suggested not buy tickets from this app.

I had a negative experience with this app due to the lack of refund or ticket change options. Even contacting the helpline was ineffective. Once you encounter an issue, there's no recourse except to miss your ticket and waste money. I recommend using other, more reliable apps. Thank you.

It used to be a good option for comfortable traveling and was very convenient.But now this app has become totally rubbish you can't even use it properly i tried for whole 2 days to book the seats but app was horrible. First i couldn't even click options and when i barely proceeded i couldn't pay for the booking. I was so frustrated and i couldn't even contact anyone from the respective faisal movers branch. l hope that maybe in future this app improves otherwise i see no benefit of this app
