Ratings and reviews

The subscription is fine, great books to choose, but the audiobook player is awful. I discovered that I had credits in my account, and used one to get an audiobook. I was excited to start my book, but quickly realized that the player used in the the app has a LOT of issues. It doesn't keep your place between sessions. It will skip back multiple chapters, or start at the beginning. Skipping back or forward 15 seconds in the BOTM app doesn't work most of the time. Please fix the audiobook player!

Audiobook function is super glitchy and when it does work it still has very limited usability (like you can't mark a spot and it only goes up to 2x speed). It's like it was developed by someone who doesn't use audiobooks. If you're using the app to select your hardcopy/log your books, it is fine. The audiobooks are a total failure.

Audiobook player needs work. Stops randomly, doesn't remember my place in the book, plays after shutdown if I receive any notification. The worst part is that I see all kinds of the same problem from reviewers here, and the app support person I messaged with acted as though this was something I've done wrong with downloading or not updating the app. I will say the book selections have been fine, but I won't be renewing my subscription because they do not seem to want to fix an obvious issue.
