Ratings and reviews

Audiobook player does not function properly. Book of the month is great, but my review is for the app. I've been listening to an audiobook and pretty much every time I pause it, it reverses. Sometimes it's 15 minutes, other times it's four or five chapters. Then I find myself listening to the same passages over and over, just trying to find my spot. It does this almost every time. It also frequently randomly starts playing again by itself from a pause.

Love the company, and I was super excited that they added audibooks but the audibook part of the app is AWFUL! It skips around, goes back and forth in large chunks, and it randomly starts playing anytime you get a notification, even if the app is CLOSED! So frustrating!! If you're going to continue to sell audiobooks you really need to fix this!

I love the club but the app sucks! Every time I open it, it says Oops! Looks like something went wrong start over. No matter what tab I'm trying to open in the app it says the same thing. I literally cannot do anything from the app and must use the website. Now as far as BOTM the books are a good selection of genres. It isn't the best selection but I can usually find something I like. If I don't I can skip it and not get charged for that month but if I don't skip it I get charged but use later
