Ratings and reviews

The subscription is fine, great books to choose, but the audiobook player is awful. I discovered that I had credits in my account, and used one to get an audiobook. I was excited to start my book, but quickly realized that the player used in the the app has a LOT of issues. It doesn't keep your place between sessions. It will skip back multiple chapters, or start at the beginning. Skipping back or forward 15 seconds in the BOTM app doesn't work most of the time. Please fix the audiobook player!

New but paused my subscription after the first order because wasn't interested in the new books. Did it for the 3 month option, figured if one came up id unpause, but was automatically charged after 1 month. Says no card on file but they still took the money. Just feels very dishonest, especially as a new customer. Reluctantly picked a book and canceled my subscription, will see if I get charged again after canceling, at this point it wouldn't be surprising. Plus app & searching not great either

the book selection works fine but in terms of audiobook functionality, it's terrible. I had to re-download the book multiple times because you have to keep the app open and your screen active or else it will need to start over. the app will randomly terminate while you're listening and not save your place in the book. if you pause the book but recieve any notification, the book will start playing. or if you receive a notification while playing the book, it'll jump backwards.
