• Cashless payment options - The cashless payment options would be the first of its kind in Guyana for ground transportation services and would allow customers to pay the fare via debit or credit cards or online pay vendors like PayPal. The app is super user-friendly, and I love the real-time tracking feature (No more lies from Taxi Services). Prices are fair, wait times are short, and drivers are courteous. It's my go to service, when I am not driving. Highly recommended!

I booked a ride this morning for the first time and the request expired due to no cars being available. I tried again a few minutes later and my request was accepted but cancelled a minute later. A few minutes after that I received a call from Customer Service asking if I still wanted the ride and I said Yes and the car turned up about 10 minutes later. Distance was 2.08 km and the fare was GY$600. Another taxi quoted $700 for the same trip. Use Chat if you can't get a ride, they respond quickl.

Nice to finally have a service that's reliable and efficient. You can track where your driver is, the time they will take to pick you up and to get to your location, and the best part is that the drivers information is there that you can share. If cars are unavailable and you have to wait, customer service calls to see if you're still interested and sends a car . The efficiency is a plus for me.
