for 15 euro it's a bit to steep of a price for just the intervalometer function and I'm not going to lie the app works. I got some very good night shots and good star trails with consistent timing but without a live preview it gets a bit counterintuitive going back and forth to the canon app checking if the scene is set up correctly. sure I fell asleep and the app did its thing flawlessly but..ADD A LIVE PREVIEW. it will ease of our anxiety
Hi, thanks a lot for your feedback and I'm glad the app works for you. With regards to live preview functionality, this is not possible via Bluetooth as it requires a connection via Wifi.

I've never paid for a mobile app or written a review before, but so far this has been well worth the money. After my old physical intervalometer started to have reliability problems I decided to try the app for my Canon R8 and my astrophotography life has become much simpler as a result. One thing I would improve though is for the app to remember the most recently used settings. Adding a lock screen progress widget would also be great!

It works very good, very easy to understand. I found it looking tutorials in YouTube because I needed an INTERVALOMETER for my Canon M50 mark ii. I couldn't find another way, but thankfully it was worth the money (It cost around the same than a physical intervalometer for any other camera). The only thing missing would be to add a few more languages to the app because it's only in English.
