About this app

Download the Alive App and start using the benefits of ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, Alive and AliveID to the fullest. With your digital card, you will gain easy access to your Alive profile, discounts, and competitions.

- Your Alive Profile
You will activate a digital version of your ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, Alive and AliveID card by signing into the app. You can manage your details, discounts, and competitions in your profile.

- ISIC, ITIC, ITYC, Alive and AliveID
By signing into the app, you will get a digital card that you can use to claim discounts on transportation and with our benefit partners, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thanks to the app, you will never miss out on renewing your card, the app will notify you when your current card is near expiry. For now, it is not possible to use your digital card in schools and school systems yet due to technical reasons.

- Insurance
Do you have ISIC insurance and are you travelling? No more paperwork. Now you can have all your insurance information and terms and conditions on your phone. Please note that this service is available only in specific countries.

- Discounts
Thanks to the app, you can have discounts at your fingertips. Filter discounts by location, type, or quickly go to your favourites, which you can easily save in one click. You will never miss out on any special or limited offers again.

- Competitions
You do not have to register for each competition anymore. All you need to enter a competition is to be logged in to your Alive Profile.

The Alive App brings you a range of benefits that make your life easier. The Alive App is operated by GTS ALIVE Group, s. r. o., which, together with exclusive distributors of ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, Alive and AliveID cards, enables the use of cards and related services in the Alive App.

Ratings and reviews

For some reason, this app has harsher security requirements than most banking apps, making it unnecessarily difficult to install on custom ROMs. If the store detects an unlocked bootloader, it will block you from installing it. It took me quite a while to get it running on my unofficial OS. Yes, it is still possible, so your superfluous requirement doesn't even stop users from using ROMs. It just makes our life harder. If you're gonna push unneeded digitalization, at least make it easy for us.

Having ISIC only on the phone is not a good idea, especially if it needs to be connected to the Internet to work. A good update would be enabling it to be offline as well. Otherwise, it could be really inconvenient, for example, when you're on a train and the connection is nonexistent.

The app forces your phone to have full brightness while showing the card, which you have to do to unlock the school door.
