This app is so tricky. I wanted to order online from the website, choose all the products and the delivery was free, then I saw a Notification that says download the app and get 10% discount. I immediately downloaded the app, registered and put the discount code (not bad), when I'm about to put my credit details I realised that the delivery is 20 dirhams, so I went back to the website and paid less then the app. So if you want a free delivery shop from the Web and save the delivery fee.

Like many customers here, I am unable to checkout. I have had my items in my basket for 3 days, tried to check out multiple times. Unfortunately, no success. Defeats the entire purpose of the app. Hope you guys look into it. Edit: This is the second sale, same issue, unable to checkout. Most customer reviews indicate a persistent issue for over 3 months.

Horrible!!! Being an ardent Boots shopper, I was excited to finally get on the app but my experience was just terrible. Constantly crashes, doesn't allow check out, not able to select payment method, and the list goes on and on. Everytime I try to purchase, there's a new problem and it's making my Boots shopping experience really sour!!!
