Booz OPS is a mobile app for last-mile operations, designed for two roles: Drivers (couriers) and Admins.

For Drivers (courier):
Secure login to access assigned routes and orders.
Route workflow: pick up, dispatch, and complete deliveries.
Route optimization to improve stop order and reduce time on the road.
Map view to visualize stops and navigate to destinations.
Built for unreliable connectivity: delivery updates and evidence can be queued and automatically synced when the connection returns, with clear pending-sync indicators.
Permissions:
Camera/photos are used to capture delivery evidence. Location may be used for navigation and route/map features.

Privacy & security:
Access is restricted to authorized accounts. Data is transmitted securely.
